UK Home Partners will keep your home in good working order by performing proactive maintenance visits twice a year. We encourage you to keep a List of issues that can addressed during these visits.

Moving Day.

UK Home Partners will keep your home in good working order by performing proactive maintenance visits twice a year. We encourage you to keep a List of issues that can addressed during these visits.

About 45 days later.

Once you’re settled in, Home Care team will perform a 45-Day Follow-Up to make sure everything is working properly and address items on your List. You can manage this appointment our maintenance app.

Then every 6 months.

We’ll will schedule a 6-Month Checkup twice a year. During each visit, the Home Care team will inspect your home’s major systems and address any items and maintenance requests. We’ll send you a friendly reminder as each date approaches.
